Finding a good feng shui office layout is easy and useful for improving money-making opportnities.

Workplace Feng Shui Layout

First the shape of layout. If the shape of your office is irregular with missing sectors, it is impractical and second the missing area may be your wealth or business reputation zone. A squarish or proportionate shape is always preferred.

Most employees would like open communications, respect from bosses, good working relationships with co-workers and obviously a big fat pay cheque.

To tackle this an open layout is ideal. For example increase the usage of round tables instead of square. Have some lively plants. Use warm colours like beige or off-white shades.

A long and narrow office feng shui layout is not useful for active communications because of it’s distance.

Where the staff seated, they should be able to see the “doors” and “passages”.

Once the employees morale and satisfaction is uplifted, sales will follow naturally. In feng shui workplace the wealth star and supporting wealth star must be activated to improve the sales-opportunities making life easier for employees to achieve that.

Avoid Main Door faces a blank wall and you can barely stand 3 persons outside the frontage. Having a large space in front of the door is always an advantage. The ex-feng shui master Singapore of my client tilted the door making the situation even worse!

Everything is fine for the above layout except that when i inspected the office, the missing sector is the Wealth sector. Moreover my client use it for his IT department which is counter-productive. Hence making profits is the fundamental challenge for this office feng shui.

The problem of choosing these 2 offices. Unit 5 Main entrance faces a long, narrow constricted passage. Unless your Company is very strong financially, it is difficult to counter the rapid energies. The lack of space in the reception area also makes it difficult to do counter measures. Hence feng shui office assessment is not possible to cure 100% of the problem in the light of technical constraints.  Unit 1 faces the Lift door which could be good and bad depending on the energy chart of your office.
