No amulets to buy, no chanting and no talismans. The focus is simply applying and sharing Classical Feng Shui knowledge to help you with your home, life and environment.
Master Chan’s Feng Shui methodology integrates two essential components of Classical Feng Shui: Landform (峦头) and Energy Analysis (理气).
Rather than relying on a single Feng Shui method, different Classical FengShui schools are applied depending on the layout, problem and the requirements of your family.
Other Classical Feng Shui methods may also be incorporated when appropriate.
The objective is not to apply every system to every property, but to select and integrate the relevant and appropriate classical methods according to the actual environment and the requirements of the occupants.
Every house is unique. Just as a person’s BaZi (八字) has an individual natal chart, a home has its own 玄空挨星宅命气场盘 — Home Destiny Energy Chart. The chart is calculated primarily from the residence’s sitting and facing directions, together with its relevant time period.
Although these energies cannot be physically seen, their presence can be understood much like Wi-Fi signals. We cannot see the signals around us, yet they exist and interact with the space we occupy.
Space 空间 + Time 时间
Xuan Kong Feng Shui analyses the relationship between space and time.
空间 (Space) identifies individual sectors and directional positions within the property.
时间 (Time) considers the timing and changing influence of the prevailing energies.
Together, they form the energetic characteristics and interactions at a particular point in time.

If you move in after 4 feb 2024, your home destiny energy chart falls under Period 9. Unlike luck cycle 8 homes which supports both health and wealth, period 9 feng shui destinies either support your family’s wealth or health. Not both for the next 20 years!
Timing Key to Attract Positive Qi 气 – 旺 生 衰 煞 死 阴 阳
There are 5 types of “qi” (not ci eat) or energy based on Xuan Kong 玄空五气 : 旺气 prosperous, 生气 life, 衰/退气 outdated, 煞气 damaging and 死气 dead, based on timing 三元九运. Attract the positives and discard or dilute the negative energies.
Difference between Destiny Feng Shui and Annual Feng Shui
Home destiny feng shui is passive 静盘 and annual feng shui is active 动盘. To use an analogy destiny feng shui is like a comprehensive full body health check for long term. Whereas annual feng shui is temporary for 1 year, you can find the forecast of the coming year in my yearly forecast before 冬至 around 22 Dec. A good example is covid 19 pandemic, when vaccination is strongly recommended.
